Terms and Conditions
These Terms apply to your use of Influ during its beta phase.
1. Beta Availability Notice
This is a beta service, provided for limited testing. Features may be incomplete, unstable, or unavailable.
2. Platform Policy Compliance
You agree to use Influ only in compliance with Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, Instagram Platform rules, and all applicable laws. You must provide truthful account and business information and maintain required permissions for connected Facebook and Instagram assets. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
3. Permitted and Prohibited Use
You may use Influ to support legitimate customer communication workflows. You must not use Influ for spam, harassment, deceptive messaging, unauthorized data extraction, unlawful surveillance, or any activity that violates Meta, Instagram, or messaging channel restrictions.
4. OAuth and Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and connected account access. Do not share tokens or credentials with unauthorized parties. We may revoke or require reconnection of integrations when credentials are invalid, expired, or suspected to be compromised.
5. Service Changes and Availability
Features and API behavior may change as third-party platform policies and APIs evolve. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time, including while in beta.
6. No Warranty During Beta
The beta service is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uptime, feature completeness, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influ and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from use of the beta service or third-party platform changes. In all cases, the maximum aggregate liability of Influ and its operators for any claim related to the service is limited to two times the total fees you paid to the Influ platform for the service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, legal compliance, platform-policy enforcement, abuse prevention, or non-compliance with these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Fees and Third-Party Charges
Paid plans, if offered, may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. Third-party platform fees (including Meta, Instagram, messaging providers, and related channel fees) are your responsibility.
11. Data Ownership and Service License
You retain rights to your content and business data. You grant Influ a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or related to these Terms. Before formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting support at privacy@mytastydeals.com.
13. Related Policies
Your use of Influ is also subject to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
